feat: 添加智能体交流风格选项

- 将"模型行为"标签改为"智能体行为"
- 新增"智能体交流风格"二选一选项（默认/拟人）
- 拟人风格会注入human_like_style.txt提示词
- manage_personalization工具支持communication_style字段
- 添加user-pen.svg图标用于个性化工具和分类
